Festival admission is FREE for everybody who signs up online.

NOTE: Please bring a canned good, diapers and wipes, and new socks for Bill Wilson Center  Serving 10,000 people per year, with an emphasis on youth, Bill Wilson Center programs focus on building self-confidence and developing personal assets. Note due to insurance hassles there will be NO free free flights this year.  But the festival is a kick anyway!
